I have everything I need.
The earth element is where we connect with our authentic expression. It is the sign we use to integrate all the knowledge we’ve gained and ground it into our living experience.
With the root chakra/earth signs, to live this fully activated we must deeply trust that we have have everything we need as the earth provides enough for every being.
Negative Expressions
With a blocked root chakra scarcity mindset is the base line of a persons living experience. This mindset keeps you locked in the attitude “I don’t have enough so I need more to fill this empty hole.” When we feel disconnected from the earth we don’t trust that we have all that we need therefore blocking the flow of abundance. This correlates to the ages 0-7 and it is based from an instinctual, survival mechanism when we’re trying to get our basic needs met.
Hoarding - with the scarcity mindset, hoarding is one behaviour. When we don’t fully believe and trust that we have enough we start stockpiling possessions blocking the flow out of giving back.
Predatory Behaviour - the act of lurking for your prey. Im imagining the many bars and clubs I’ve been to with the creepy guy sitting at the bar offering desperately
